I recently started using the entry-level Tecno Pop 5c. Here are my thoughts on it:

Display

The 5-inch screen is quite small but gets the job done. The colors and brightness look decent considering the price.

Performance

Powered by the basic Unisoc chipset, it works fine for light tasks like calls, texts, and social media. Don’t expect smooth multitasking.

Design

Made of plastic, its build quality feels average. The compact form factor fits in pockets easily.

Cameras

The 5MP rear and 2MP front cameras take grainy shots even in daylight. Only good for casual photo needs.

Battery Life

The 2400mAh battery lasts a full day with light usage but expect it to drain quicker with camera/games.

Storage

Comes with limited 16GB storage but supports up to 128GB via microSD card.

Value

Pop 5c is best suited as a basic phone for calls/SMS on a tight budget.

Overall, for very basic needs, it works fine. But don’t expect much from its performance and cameras. Only recommend it if your priority is the lowest cost.
